Monica was great to work with. However, it seemed that cuts in staff caused a couple of last minute delays could have been better communicated. The funder claimed an addendum for credit to the buyer was missing even though it had been in the file all along. Amy Hines stepped in and fixed the problem as Monica was out on a medical. We ended up closing about a week late, but thankfully buyer & seller were cooperative.
