Both my husband & I were unable to use your electronic signing feature. We had to drive 35 miles each way to sign documents. Initially, Leslie's communications were hard to understand. She used some mortgage jargon which I did not understand and had to request clarification. As we communicated more, things became clearer. Her verbal communication was better than her written emails. However, she was always pleasant.
