    About Sean

    Sean Denlinger, alongside his wife, Tiffany, are a motivated and driven power couple at NOVA Home Loans. Sean has over 14 years of experience in the mortgage industry and has made it his mission to help anyone who dreams of homeownership. Sean has vast knowledge of all mortgage-related products – from Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, down-payment assistance help, and so much more. When Sean isn’t helping the community with their homeownership needs, he still finds a way to help the community. He served for many years as Board President for Youth on their Own, a local non-profit, that assists homeless youth. In addition, The Denlinger Team sponsors and volunteers for many events relating to helping veterans and our local youths. Aside from all that, Sean and Tiffany are avid “foodies”, with a wealth of knowledge of the local culinary scene.
