    About Joe

    I started in Real Estate in 2008 as an agent for Coldwell Banker, handling property management duties such as inspections, applications, and maintenance calls. This role gave me a deep understanding of the properties and the market. In 2010, my wife and I took a bold step and bought out the department, launching our own brokerage, Yuma Property Management. This venture led me to earn my Real Estate Broker license, allowing me to help clients buy and sell both primary homes and investment properties.

    By 2019, I felt a shift was needed, so I sold my company and transitioned into Mortgage Lending. Becoming a Loan Officer provided a fresh perspective on Real Estate, enabling me to work closely with customers to fulfill their dreams of homeownership and assist investors in growing their portfolios.

    On April 6, 2022, I joined NOVA Home Loans to continue my professional growth and deliver the best lending experience to my clients.
