He spent his first 5 years in the business working alongside his mentor, Paul Volpe, who was the #1 Residential Loan Officer in America in 2013 & 2016, where he closed over 550 loans himself, consisting of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, & Down Payment Assistance Loans. Bottom line, there’s no home loan out there that Blaine hasn’t experienced or handled. He will go to any lengths to find a solution to get the job done.
