    About Connie

    Connie Phippen is a Senior Loan Officer with over 40 years in the mortgage industry. Prior experience includes co-owner of H&P Financial, Mortgage Broker Company, as well as a background in mortgage loan processing and closing. Connie loves working with and helping borrowers reach their mortgage needs. This includes first-time home buyers, repeat customers and seniors considering a reverse mortgage. Believing a home purchase is one of the biggest financial transactions a person makes, she educates her clients so they can make the best possible choice in selecting the right loan for them. Because Connie is passionate about her work it’s important to her that her clients have direct access to her during the mortgage loan process to answer all questions and concerns from loan application through closing. Connie genuinely enjoys working with people and cares about their financial future. When not working, she enjoys time with her family and loves spending time with her grandchildren. She also enjoys gardening, exercising and reading.
