I’ve spent the last two years as a Director of Production, overseeing multiple markets and leading with a hands-on, people-first approach.

Earlier in my career, I built and ran a highly successful mortgage team—one that consistently outperformed targets while keeping culture and collaboration front and center. That experience shaped how I lead today: with a focus on mentorship, accountability, and strategic execution.
Throughout my journey, I’ve adapted to market shifts, embraced new tech, and found ways to streamline operations without losing the personal touch. Whether it’s increasing volume, cutting turn times, or recruiting and developing top producers—I stay focused on long-term results and sustainable success.

Outside the office, I’ve been happily married for 25 years and have two teenage sons who keep me on my toes. We’ve got two dogs, a love for the outdoors, and a cabin that’s become our favorite escape. That time with family is what recharges me and gives me perspective—and I bring that same energy and balance into my leadership style.
