    About Ian

    With over 21 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Ian has become a seasoned veteran as well as one of the top producing loan officers at Nova Home Loans. With a firm belief in Communication, Explanation, and Education, Ian has built his business and mantra on these three pillars. His customer base and referral partners have grown tremendously built on his solid reputation and exemplary customer service. Overcoming objections and solving problems is a true passion and being able to tell a client “YES!”, when they thought there were going to be hearing a “no”, is something that never gets old for Ian. Before becoming a Loan Officer, Ian put his Wine and Viticulture degree from Cal Poly State University SLO to use as the Production Manager for Cotton Canyon Winery. Ian is raising two young men known as the Brannon Boys, and being involved in youth soccer clears his mind of daily stress. A lifelong soccer enthusiast, Ian is thrilled to be sharing his love of the sport with his family.
