Mike was thorough and knowledgeable about loan products, he successfully guided me through the rigorous process of getting a home loan. He was always prompt and on top of things when it came to gathering the required documents for the loan. The whole team was super efficient, Keegan was the last person I talked to before the closing date, he was patient and honestly very kind and understanding; there was one document that I wasn't able to locate, and it took me almost a day to scramble through everything but with his guidance, kindness and genuine care, I was able to call my work hotline and obtain the required document that I had no idea of existence. Sorry to take a while to write this report as my last delivery is scheduled for tomorrow, the turf in the backyard has been beautifully installed, I got my internet connected and my address changed. Dust has settled and I will never forget the experience I had with the Amine team, a huge big fat grazie from the bottom of my heart. (Writing this from a laptop on my new comfy couch while smelling the fresh paint and success, another chapter has begun all thanks to Mike Amine and Greg Sidoff (my superstar realtor, I need another 5,000 words to describe this fine human but that's it for now, this wall is for the Amine Team).
