I was supposed to get down payment assistance on a house, the day before my closing the program Had run out of funds leaving me heartbroken. Estela Gamboa, my loan officer swept in and got me a very low interest rate and was able to put together a plan that made my payment only slightly higher than the payment would have been with the down payment assistance. She is a God send, an angel !! Thanks sooo much for all your hard work and making me a happy home owner!
