Commercial Investment Loans

Investor transactions are those that either does not involve an owner-user or where the owner-user will only occupy a small portion of the commercial building.

Multi-Family - A multifamily property must have a minimum of 5 units in order to qualify. Mixed-use properties that have some commercial use (such as street level retail) and are at least 50% residential apartment units are also eligible for multifamily pricing with most loan programs.

Multi - Use - Owner occupies < 50% for their business use.  A multi-use property is a commercial building that may easily be used by a wide variety of tenants.
